Cancelation and Payment Policy 

Payment is due at the time of service. All major credit cards and cash are accepted. All appointments are booked online or in the office. Our system requires all patients to always have an active card on file, a temporary $0.50 authorization hold will be placed on your card to verify the account.

We request that you please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment. By booking, you authorize Restore Medical Aesthetics and Wellness to charge your credit card a cancellation or rescheduling fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value (minimum $50.00), should you miss your visit without proper notification (except in emergency situations).

Since popular times fill up quickly, we encourage you to book your appointments in advance to ensure you get the day and time you want. This guarantees valued client and Provider interaction. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule you to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients.

There will be no refunds of any services. Rather, the dollar value of the services will be credited to the patient and can be redeemed at Restore Medical Aesthetics and Wellness at a later date.

All laser packages consisting of 6 treatments must be completed within one year of the date of purchase.

​

All other sales or promotions must be rendered within 6 months of the date of purchase.

​

Schedule appointments at least 48 – 72 hours before any special event where appearance is a factor. Clinical treatments with extractions may cause redness and/or sensitivity.

Product purchases are non-refundable (apart from special circumstances like a defective product).
